Ebay permanently restricted account after I reluctantly confirmed everything they requested | Selling

So ebay randomly suspended my account after an increase in sales. They asked for tracking information for order which I told them that I purchased only from ebay. Then they continued to harass me asking for sensitive business information like my purchase price or items and vendor invoice. All this time they were also holding my payments. I have not had any bad customer experiences have good reviews as well. I was very reluctant at first but finally agreed to provide them everything and before I could they permanently restricted my account stating policy violations and not even telling me what policy I violated. I feels like I am being targeted by them. Can I file a complain or do anything about it? Please help.
