Ebay nunca envió dinero a mi cuenta de banco y han cobrado dinero de mi cuenta sin autorizacion
Hace unos dÃas quise vender un Monitor Gamer en esta plataforma, un comprador estaba dispuesto, pero momento mas tarde empezó a decirme que yo era una persona falsa y era estafador, yo el aclaré que no era falso ni estafador... ya el comprador habia hecho el pago por el monitor pero se rehusó a recibirlo insistiendo que yo era una persona falsa, erscribà a Ebay para plantear el problema y nunca me resolvieron.... revisando hoy que han cobrado de mi cuenta de banco sin mi autorización..... cabe resaltar QUE NO ENTIENDO PORQUE ME COBRAN SI DEL DINERO QUE EL COMPRADOR PAGÓ NUNCA CAYÓ A MI CUENTA DE BANCO, SIMEPRE ESTUVO EN LAS MANOS DE EBAY.... por tal razón me molesta que me cobren un dinero que yo nunca agarré------ Y QUIERO QUE ME LO DEVUELVAN... XFAVOR ...... en realidad queria empezar con esta plataforma pero me llevo mi primer MALA EXPEREINCIA en mi primera venta...... AYUDA XFAVOR

Yes, a couple of responders are posting in both Spanish and English. It helps those that are not bilingual, it perhaps calm some people that are adverse or phobic about languages other than English used in the US, and those that do not know about Google Translate so they can keep informed about the topic with less work .

A few days ago I wanted to sell a Gamer Monitor on this platform, a buyer was willing, but a moment later he started telling me that I was a fake person and a scammer, I clarified that I was not fake or a scammer... the buyer had already I made the payment for the monitor but he refused to receive it insisting that I was a fake person, I wrote to Ebay to raise the problem and they never resolved it... checking today that they have charged my bank account without my authorization... .. it should be noted that I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY CHARGE ME IF THE MONEY THAT THE BUYER PAID NEVER FELL INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT, IT WAS ALWAYS IN THE HANDS OF EBAY.... for this reason it bothers me that they charge me money that I never got ------ AND I WANT IT BACK TO ME...

New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes it may be longer. If they paid, you need to ship it.

OP2 years agohey hey hey .... no digo lo contrario, si pagaron se debe enviar.... pero ese dinero siempre estuvo en sus manos.... no en las mÃas.. y no lo envié xq el comprar puso a decirme que:
1. yo era una persona falsa y estafador.
2. Que yo lo quise contactar por su numero privado cosa que es falsa xq tengo el historial de mensajes en la aplicacion de ebay.
Además porque me conbran si yo nunca tuve en mi cuenta ese dinero?? yo no me opongo a que le regresen el dinero a comprador... pero esta muy mal que me hayan quitado dinero a mà y sin mi autorización... se entiende?

Como el comprador no querÃa el artÃculo, deberÃas haber cancelado la venta como "solicitado por el comprador".
Desafortunadamente, porque usted es un vendedor nuevo y el fondo estaba "en espera". eBay no le permite utilizar esos fondos para reembolsar al comprador (o incluso cuando cancela la venta). Le obligan a proporcionar el dinero primero y luego le permiten tener los fondos en espera.
¿Aún queda ese dinero retenido en su cuenta incluso si lo retiraron de su banco?
Since the buyer did not want the item, you should have cancelled the sale as "buyer requested".
Unfortunately, because you are a new seller, and the fund were "on hold". eBay does not allow you to use those funds to refund the buyer (or even when you cancel the sale). They make you provide the money first, and later allow you to have the funds on hold.
Is there still that money on hold in your account even if they took it from your bank?

Si el dinero todavÃa está marcado como retenido en su cuenta de pago, se le debe devolver cuando finalice el tiempo lÃmite para la retención. De nuevo, ¿sigue publicado allÃ?
If the money is still marked on hold in your payment account, it should be returned to you when the time limit is up for the hold. Again, is it still posted there?

Como han publicado otros, si se sintiera tan incómodo con esta transacción. entonces deberÃas haber cancelado la venta y volver a poner el artÃculo en venta. Lamento mucho tu frustración. Eres un vendedor nuevo y un objetivo de estafa. Como no realizó el envÃo, se le debe devolver el dinero.
