eBay Not ShowingMy Listings
Update: 2.5 hours later, it appears all of my products are again showing correctly.
The traffic numbers are still not showing in the Traffic Chart.
Original Post:
I was looking at my stats earlier today and notice my traffic went from several thousand a day to zero. I thought maybe this was an eBay glitch and let it sit for a few hours. I checked again and it still showed zero. I then signed out and went to an older account and used that to view Seller listings. I searched for some of my listings and they are not showing. I went from vague to very concise searches, sorted my price and tried sorting by location, etc... and eBay is not showing my listings.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
What do I need to do?

I'll be back tomorrow and let you all know if the Traffic Chart starts willing in again.

·10 months agoI checked my listings with a private (incognito) non-signed in browser, and the listings still show up in searches. Most likely they are being seen, the glitch seems to be related to getting that data to sellers' performance review graphs.

·10 months agoI put 'psa discs' and got 6000+ items; so. too many to look at .
I put 'plastic psa discs' and got 600.
These are the 4,5 and 6 items down on page 1

·10 months agoI chose a few of your items that that I have some knowledge of, and searched with slightly looser terms than I normally would. Sorted by Best Match and filtered to US Only.
That's all I had time for. I think your listings are showing just fine.

OP10 months agoDid you do that through a search or through visiting my store? If you would be willing to take the time, try searching for "5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter" The price is around 130 plus shipping.

·10 months agoThat was a general search, only looked at your items to pick up the title to do the search.
I get nothing for 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter for you in your store or in general search. Only get 3 things in the store in $130 range. Is this the exact title for the item?

·10 months agoIt is not meaningless per say....the responder was most likely indicating that you did a lot of work to prove your theory when in fact it is a glitch that is affecting lots of sellers today, including me.
It was posted on the tech board that people had no organic impressions. I even responded to that post.
I have no impressions at all in fact for organic or external views.
So, the only suggestion is to just hang in there until the tech team returns from their weekend I guess and know that you are not alone in this matter.

·10 months ago@hurley_byrd_ias no, you proved to yourself that the kool-aid is still tasty... otherwise wasting your time and energy worrying about it.
I just did a search, incognito, using the search term 'Corvette engine chrome' as I've done for 10+ years at least once a week (just to see where I stand vs. competition)
So, doing that search this morning, I saw the first 5 items being mine 'SPONSORED' and then the next 30+ items NOT showing 'sponsored' (therefore, organic)...yet here is my 'chart' (both bar graph and numerical) showing ZERO.
Simply not possible.
Therefore, a meaningless glitch (in other words, a 'false' showing'/what is NOT really happening etc.)

OP10 months agoI'm sorry to hear that. I have used the same chart for a long time without a glitch, ever.
I can see why you feel its meaningless. I can watch my chart/numbers go up and down with added/sold listing, more/less sales, etc..... For me, that chart and it's numbers have always worked and has been a helpful tool.
I see why you think it's meaningless and I find it indispensable.
I wonder why we have results that are so different.

·10 months agoWhy are the different? The whole purpose of your thread was that 'organic impressions are showing zero', correct?
I'm showing you 'yes, it shows that for me too, which is probably for all'.
I'm also saying 'it's just a 'bad number and is NOT the real information as is obvious by me being able to 'search' for my items, generically, and still see 'organic' impressions. 100's of them!
I've been selling here and am on ebay at least 8 hours a day since 2011.
Just 3 months ago, views for me went from a bit above 1,000,000 to over 2,000,000 in ONE day.
It's been at that 'over 2,000,000 since (past 4 months or so).
Run the 'custom' on a monthly basis, all show over 2,000,000.
So, was the 1,000,000 a 'glitch' (for weeks?)
Sure it was.
It's all meaningless when it's an obvious glitch in 'just the reporting'.
Incognito and use search terms that a person would use (your titles are VERY tough for that and need to have a 'bit' of generic' to them, so 'searchers' will see it).

OP10 months agoYour snapshot and explanation indicates you never have (or only occasionally have) search results show up in the chart. I have always had results show up in the chart until this morning. Further to that, I can understand WHY they are up or down and I place a lot of trust in the results.
It might be that your results are due to your massive search volume where mine runs from a 2000 to 8000 a day. The swings are due to my inventory going up and down or if my current sale is a high or low percentage. My results vary logically.
I also agree on my title keywording. I describe my stuff the way I know how. It works for me...... mostly.

OP10 months agoI thought this too and waited a while. I then used a different account and searched for my items..... and could find none. In my case, they have stopped showing my listings.
