In most cases I've seen, either you're using a VoIP or other internet phone system like @tobaccocardyahoo mentioned, or probably more often, your smartphone is set to screen or block unknown calls. If you let us know what type of phone you're using, we can direct you to the settings for that!
There are some technical problems which can prevent a callback from occurring. Automated callbacks may not work with some VOIP phone lines. You might try using your cell number.
In general, there is little that Ebay customer service can do, which an intelligent buyer or seller who has read the appropriate help information cannot do for themselves. If the automated assistant cannot do what you want, it is unlikely the customer service rep can either.
I had a similar experience back in my younger days 😉
On a more serious note.... you can check that you have the right phone number listed in your profile, and check that your phone is not set to filter out calls from numbers not in your address book. Hopefully that helps a bit.

·4 months agoJust for fun, why not return here and explain your issue to us. We may be able to offer help or advice.
Or not -- your choice, of course.

·4 months agoDon't bother because even if they call you they either cannot help you are will tell you they can/will do things they cannot and will not do.
Spill your story here and someone with experience using the site will help much more than that 'phone call' will.
Note: this site is 100% automated, has rules and policies and that is what a knowing fellow member will walk you through.
