eBay motors deposit help

I sold a vehicle on auction and the buyer made the deposit on the listing. I have not received the funds and when I click on my listing, itâ€™s wanting me to ship the item with a shipping label. Why is it asking me for a shipping label on a eBay motors vehicle auction and where is my deposit?

Although you are registered in the US, since 2017, can't find any current listings or sold items for you under this ID.

Was just wondering if this motor vehicle was listed in the correct category. If it wasn't, that could be the reason eBay wanted you to issue a shipping label. Just guessing here.

The vehicle's in the OP's completed sales, sold on September 18th and was listed as a Secure Purchase

Your error when creating the listing. You should have selected Local Pickup Only.
