why does ebay not let you send an invoice when you sell a wrench in the tools section on ebay motors.I have tried and it will not let me.Then it says they have sent a reminder to buyer but I may send and invoice ,but it still wont let me send it.???????????this is so screwed up.

·3 years agoWhen you send an invoice, it resets the clock and they get 4 more days to pay. Send them an email if you really need to remind them but they know that they won something and have to pay. Everytime, they sign onto ebay, there is a red notification dot/icon that they have won or sold something.

·3 years agoThat has been a known issue when selling Tools in E-bay Motors for a long time. Wish they would fix it.
Slippinjimmy is right we shouldn't need to send an invoice. We do seem to get buyers that don`t pay until we send them an invoice sometimes though ?

·3 years agoUnless you are sending a revised invoice for a combined order there is never a need to send an invoice. The resetting of the clock when an invoice has been sent has been a thing for many many years.
Just let eBay send the payment reminders and cancel for non-payment using the process (wait 4+ days then cancel with no payment as the reason).
