If possibly, try sending the photo using the eBay app.

·1 week agoMaybe your product team could quit breaking things. I've seen more errors in the last 6 months than I have in over a decade. The time it takes to fix these errors is also unacceptable for a company this size.
I've had an issue with my own account since MAY and they LIE TO ME and tell me it's "fixed" and it's not.
I even wrote the corporate office in San Jose a letter which was totally ignored.
This error has cost me thousands! Yet not a single soul at eBay cares. Very sad.
