eBay Listing Tool Update - Removed Business Policies
Why on Earth did eBay "update" my listing tool but then give me an error that makes absolutely no sense.
What are Indians doing. It is unbelievable how stupid this is.
"You are using business policy, which is not supported by this listing tool, please sign up Seller Hub so you can use the business tool to list items properly."
This makes absolute no sense. I have used Seller Hub for years.
It says "Please sign up Seller Hub" - broken English
It won't let me select a business policy for either Shipping or Payments now.
There's no way for me to change the tool back to what it was.

·2 years agoTypically when sellers report this it's because their account is opted in to business policies but they're trying to list with the quick listing tool which doesn't support business policies.
So you can either switch to Seller Hub and the unified (business) listing tool, or you can opt out of biz policies and keep using the quick lister.
There is an error message at the top of the listing form that directs you Seller Hub and the unified lister.
Manage and edit biz policies, or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings on this page.

Ebay is super messed up this morning - most requests are failing.
