eBay label
I used an eBay label to mail something. The buyer stated they did to receive it. Now eBay is not paying me for my item and I do not have the item! Why is this my fault?

OP2 weeks agoyes I would agree with you except eBay is penalizing me for using their label and their carrier service! They should refund shipping fees to me at least. I will try to make a claim through UPS but it is not my account with UPS it is an eBay account.

·2 weeks agoUPS is not ebay's carrier service, it is a shipping service you chose to use, though. You can buy your label from any place you want. What does the tracking show?

·2 weeks agoBecause a seller is responsible for the item until the package shows delivered. If the package is lost, you have to refund the buyer and then file a loss claim with the carrier to recoup your money.
How would you like it if you bought something and it didn't show up? You would want either the item or your money back, right? You wouldn't just sit back and think, "Well, the package must be lost so I'm just without everything". You would demand that something be done to make you whole.
