I sold an item on ebay for £100 now ebay are refusing to pay me, suspended my account etc, how can i get the money they owe ?

·1 week agoI am having so so many with my app, I don't know where to begin. I have uninstalled then reinstalled, cleared cache and Apple go through everything and no issues as it is with Ebay. I am 76 yrs old and nit a techy person unfortunately, I am soooo discouraged with Ebay

·1 week agoI always encourage new sellers to do their homework BEFORE starting to list on Ebay. It is a JOB and should be treated as such. For the very basics, you should be reading the User Agreement you agreed to so that you could start selling on this site. As well as policy pages on HOW TO list an item as well as the policy pages on how your money is processed. These are just the basics. Lots more to learn, but you really should do your homework BEFORE listing your first item.
The following is the rules for the USA site. You may want to check the policy pages for the site you are using.
When funds will be available
You can see when your funds will be released in Seller Hub or My eBay. However, your funds may be unavailable for longer if we have concerns about the order.
Here are some situations where transaction holds could be applied to a seller's funds and when those funds would typically be released.
A brand-new private seller
New private sellers will typically receive their funds within 2 days after delivery confirmation (for items sent with an ebay label), 7 days after delivery confirmation (for items sent with a third-party label), or 31 days after the buyer pays (for items sent without tracking) while they build a consistent track record. Once they've qualified to receive their funds faster, they'll typically receive their funds within 2 days of the buyer’s payment.

·1 week agoYou are posting to the dotCOM (USA) board and may get better results on the dotCOdotUK board for British sellers.
That being said, are you registered for Managed Payments?
Without information on your bank account, eBay cannot transfer money to your bank.
Has it been 30 days since the customer paid?
EBay puts a Hold on payments to new sellers to confirm that the sale went smoothly.
Does tracking show Proof of Delivery?
Has the buyer opened a Claim for non-delivery (INR) or Not As Described (NAD)
