eBay is so stupid it hurts

Today eBay prevented me from listing an American Eagle dollar due to substandart performance. The fynny thing is that two weeks ago I was able to do just that and nothing has changed since.

Besides, how am I supposed to improve my performance if I am not allowed to list itemsd?

Replying to feedback you received for an item you sold | eBay

If you can get that last negative off, you might get the restriction lifted. Looks like that last negative caused you to fall below an acceptable rate.

Feedback isn't a metric and removing it will make no difference - it's the action of not shipping the item (if that is what happened) that is relevant.
