Ebay is Prompting me to Leave Feedback for a Buyer that Changed their Mind and Cancelled.
I leave automatic feedback for all my customers. For some reason when I was leaving feedback for some items I purchased I noticed that eBay is prompting me to leave a feedback for a buyer on a sale that never was completed. We agreed on a price and I made her an offer that she accepted but she changed her mind when she found out she had to pay tax on the international shipment. I canceled the order for her.
I know I'm not allowed to say that she canceled the order or anything that could be negative (I probably can't even say "order never completed but buyer seemed nice"). Do I just leave this feedback suggestion to sit here and not put anything for it? I like to diligently leave feedback on all my orders and keep this area clear. Is there something that someone suggests I should say that isn't negative? (It is the bottom order here)

·2 years agoHave you considered just not leaving any feedback? There is no law or eBay policy that requires that you leave feedback for any transaction.
