We're excited to introduce the new eBay Issue Resolution Center. A simple platform for sellers to resolve compliance issues with their account and listings.
You may see issues such as:
- Completing ID verification
- Paying off a negative balance
- Providing required tax information
- Addressing policy issues on listings
With one central, prioritized place to manage these tasks, you can feel confident in what needs attention and what to do next. It’s now faster and easier to resolve issues and get back to selling.
To see how the Issue Resolution Center works, check out our short guided video.
Ready to get started? Visit resolution.ebay.com to explore the Issue Resolution Center today.
Thank you for selling on eBay!

·5 months agoIs this replacing the already existing resolution hub?

OP5 months ago@sassykzt No.
This is the ISSUE resolution Center.
As it says: A simple platform for sellers to resolve compliance issues with their account and listings.
This is not about issues with buyers.

·5 months agoConfusing! I am looking at the original resolution hub -- where I had a listing removed a year ago. It 's only info about my account - third party permissions, social, etc..( nothing to do with buyers). So, when I look at at the NEW resolution issue center it's somewhat the same. Will there be both or will the orig. resolution hub be phased out? I ask since I have it bookmarked and the new "center" seems redundant to the existing "hub".

·5 months agoWhen eBay implements a specific resolution center for the 100,000's or more buyers that deal with the fake tracking scam, I will be impressed. (I have no idea what the number is but it has to be up there somewhere)

·5 months agoThe only solution I know of is for the seller to prove the shipping address is the site of delivery on a proof of delivery form from the carrier.

At some point I heard there was to be some sort of collaboration by eBay with the carriers to verify GPS and/or delivery address. @wastingtime101 might have had an ear to that rumbling.
eBay needs to focus on three items, Buyers, Buyers, and Buyers.

·5 months agoThis "New" system presents the excat same results as previous. My options to respond all are grayed out...

·5 months agoIMO it should reduce the number of sellers who complain about not knowing how to contact Customer Service.
Having fewer choices for handling problems caused by being unable to read or unwilling to read will make thing simple enough for some of them.

·5 months ago"Resolution Center", hasn't there always been something like this?
Does eBay plan to have another different resolution centre so that there will be one for resolving customer issues and one for eBay policy matters?
This makes me think of the two international shipping methods which have almost duplicate names (one for eBay International Shipping (EIS) and one for eBay International Standard (EIS).
Will we now have to explain to people that the resolution center they are looking at is the wrong resolution center and that they need to go to the "issue" resolution center?

·5 months ago@slippinjimmy Exactly what I was thinking. eBay's right hand doesn't know what its two left feet are doing.

So I visited "resolution.ebay.com" to explore the Issue Resolution Center.
Here's the entire text on the landing page:

I guess I'm glad to see my "listings" are "visible" to "buyers." (monroe67 has no current listings . . . .)
So I clicked the hyperlink, "learn more", and it takes me to "ebay.com/help/account", and links to the many articles that explain the same things that eBay has been attempting to explain for decades.
I don't think the eBay Community Forums are going to be in danger of closing down as a result of this new
eBay Issue Resolution Center . . . . .

·5 months agoBut this "resolution center" does NOT address most of the sellers concerns which have nothing to do with the listed issues above.

·5 months agoWell, I have to give them credit for acknowledging the need for attention in these areas for sellers. However, judging by the video, it appears to be AI driven, which in my opinion may lead to more problems.
