Hello, Can you please confirm this is the shipping settings for ebay international shipping? I want ebay to manage the shipping/returns.

OP2 years agoThanks for the answers. yes I have excluded few countries and I am only selling items cost less than $400 through international shipping. Thats why some items are us only (cost more than $400) and other items are allowed for international shipping.

That shows that you have been enrolled in eIS, but you still have many restrictions (countries excluded)
When enrolled in eIS eBay still honors any country restrictions that you have in place.

Although some of your listings do show the EIS i am wondering if you are using business policies where you may have blocked some countries? Your blocks will also apply to EIS.
Although the eBay does not ship all items to all countries your listings are totally blocked and hidden for Canadians and other countries that do not usually have EIS blocks for those items. Also, normally when EIS does not ship to a country, that country is not on the exclusion list under the shipping/payment tab on a listing. If the item is not eligible to be shipped then there will just not be a shipping cost, it doesn’t show as blocked.
If you go to one of your listings and click on the shipping/payments tab you will quite a few countries blocked.
