Ebay International Shipping
I have Ebay International Shipping set up on my listings. Twice in the past week, I have had someone that wants to purchase multiple items, so I make a special listing. Both times they have said that it says I do not ship to their country. The first one was in the UK and the current one is in Norway.
I am selling die-cast cars, I check my listings and they say I ship worldwide, but it is not allowing these people to purchase the items. Does anyone have any ideas of what can be going wrong or fixes that I need to make?
I have also sold a few single listings that have been International during this time, but they have been to Canada and everything has gone smoothly.

If the answer is yes, it's restricted from eIS because the title says it's a "lot of 2" and because of customs paperwork eBay restricts mixed lots, assuming different items.
Those are 2 of the same item (essentially, 2 diecast cars) so you'd have to leave out the word lot.
Change from: Lot of 2 - 2008 Hot Wheels New Models - '69 Ford Torino Talladega - Red & Blue
To: 2008 Hot Wheels 2 New Models - '69 Ford Torino Talladega - Red & Blue
That should solve the general international shipping issue. But it may not solve the UK-specific issue. As the poster above noted, UK has a lot of new rules and regs which means a lot of categories, like toys, are restricted.

OP1 year agoIt is not, but the listings I made did have lot in the title. I did see things about the U.K. issues, but when I had another one with what seemed to be the same issue, wasn't sure what was going on.
Thanks for the feedback and I will keep that in mind for future International sales.
