eBay International Shipping
For some reason, I can't offer eBay International Shipping on my listings like I used to. I called customer service and was told I was not the first seller to have this problem. This is also happening for international buyers.
They told me it is getting fixed, and I should be ready to go again b Saturday.
Is there anybody else having the same problem? Have you been able to fix it?

·3 years agoLike @itscalledapostingid looked at a couple of your listings and see you are in the EIS program. I changed my country location and was able to see the international shipping costs without any problem. Could you elaborate a bit more on what specific problem you are having or what you are no seeing the international shipping option on?

OP3 years agoYes, when I try to add EIS it doesn’t give me the option. Just the following:

·3 years ago@elizbowen-_0 that screenshot is if u want to choose additional options on top of EIS, if u don't, toggle the blue button to off. EIS is automatically added to listings.

OP3 years agoHi, and thank you for your reply. That's exactly what I did. However, I have a client from Slovakia trying to buy one of my listings, and she is telling me she is not seeing the EIS option.

·3 years agoBe careful what you wish for, I've been shipping internationally for many years. It defiantly hasn't been all roses. That being said it has opened up a tremendous amount of potential buyers. Also now that we're only responsible to get it to the hub and after that eBay is on the hook , It's been much better. Good luck once you are able to offer it. You will see and increase in sales. Which is what we all want.

OP3 years agoYes, I'm able to offer it, and no problems so far! But today for some reason I have been having some sort of glitch. I spoke to eBay. Hopefully it will get fix soon 🙂

OP3 years agoQuick question, Nick. For any of your listings, and when it comes to international shipping, do you need to specify (or select the option) that you will be shipping through eBay International Shipping? Or is it done automatically? Thank you!

I only clicked on one of your listings and it does have "ebay international shipping" so I didn't look any farther.
