Ebay illegally withholding my funds
Ebay permanently suspended my account and I still had payouts that Ebay withheld. They told me I will get the payout within 3 months. The time has already passed and now they’re saying because my account is suspended I can’t get my funds. That means they’re keeping it. If that’s not stealing I don’t know what is. The fund is from me selling the items, the items was successfully delivered, and the customer is happy. Ebay is taking my compensation while telling they won’t is simply wrong.
Below is the email they sent me:
Hello,
Thank you for writing to eBay regarding the status of your account.
We appreciate your effort in knowing the reason of the suspension.
Building a trusted marketplace is our first priority. As such, we suspend any account that poses a risk to that trust. Your account has been suspended because the pattern of activities we have witnessed present a risk to our eBay community..
This suspension is permanent. You will not be able to participate in any buying and or selling activities on eBay. In addition, any other accounts you own, or that are associated with this account, will also be suspended or restricted. As part of the consequences of the restriction or suspension, all funds for sold items will be put on hold and will be released within 60-72 business days from the day of the restriction or suspension. This doesn't include weekends and holidays.
While we know this is not the response you wished to receive, there is no further opportunity for appeal on this decision..
