eBay has the worst customer service I have ever seen
3 weeks ago I sold a card for about 2$ and it was delivered and I never got paid so I contacted eBay and they said wait another week and a week rolls around and it’s like I never sold the card you can’t find it anywhere it’s like they removed it so of course imma call again and this girl said they paid me already to my bank account and mind you I sold the card a week later after my last withdrawal to my bank acc and we got into an argument about whether or not I’m paid so I gave up and now today I was supposed to be paid 7$ for 2 cards and I was told Monday that I was to be paid today. So today rolls around and nothing at all so I call eBay and they said wait 32 mins and a agent will call me back 4 hours later no call back and i call again and they said the same thing and I hung up and called from a different number and they said there outside of business hours. I’m so mad right now because yall have the worst customer service of all time. Fix this now

We are buyers and sellers who give advice and answer questions. We are not customer service. We have no authority through Ebay. Ebay customer support will just tell you anything to get you off the line. Here are some facts. If you are an inactive seller or new to selling your funds will be held for 30 days. Also check to make sure all the information you have is correct. Did you just start selling stuff and have never gotten paid by Ebay before?

·5 months agoAs a new seller your payments are subject to an up to 30 day hold. Customer service is not privy to the length of any seller's hold times and will say what you want to hear to get you off the phone. So yes the CS is awful, just like every other big corporation.
What you "get paid" on a $2 card is about $0.65. Sure you didn't just miss it going into your account?
You can see your payouts and holds from the summery section of the 'payments' tab in your seller hub.

·5 months agoSorry you are having issues. There are a few things in your message that aren't clear. First of all, why did you ship that card before you had been paid?
Also, you appear to be a new seller, so eBay can hold your funds for 30 days. That's explained in the new seller information you read, or should have read.
Where are you getting these phone #s to call eBay? Unless you call and leave a # to be called back, you are not contacting eBay.
Speaking of that, your "y'all have the worse customer service of all time. Fix this now." is falling on deaf ears. No one here is employed by eBay. We are all fellow eBayers, buyers and sellers, who volunteer our time to help others i/when we can.
Speaking of fixing it now, may I respectfully suggest that you re-read the information offered to all new sellers.
