Ebay funds on hold after delivery.
Sold an item that was delivered last week. Customers is responsive, received item an left feedback . Funds have been on hold since. I updated tracking the next day but it stuck on SENT. It shows though tracking # w/ carrier being fedex which is inaccurate. It was sent out Via USPS. PLEASE HELP

·2 weeks agoI always encourage new sellers to do their homework BEFORE starting to list on Ebay. It is a JOB and should be treated as such. For the very basics, you should be reading the User Agreement you agreed to so that you could start selling on this site. As well as policy pages on HOW TO list an item as well as the policy pages on how your money is processed. These are just the basics. Lots more to learn, but you really should do your homework BEFORE listing your first item.
When funds will be available
You can see when your funds will be released in Seller Hub or My eBay. However, your funds may be unavailable for longer if we have concerns about the order.
Here are some situations where transaction holds could be applied to a seller's funds and when those funds would typically be released.
A brand-new private seller
New private sellers will typically receive their funds within 2 days after delivery confirmation (for items sent with an ebay label), 7 days after delivery confirmation (for items sent with a third-party label), or 31 days after the buyer pays (for items sent without tracking) while they build a consistent track record. Once they've qualified to receive their funds faster, they'll typically receive their funds within 2 days of the buyer’s payment.
When a seller is a Casual seller or been away from selling for about 90+ days, Ebay also may hold funds for a period of time until you have a bit of current experience under your belt. Usually no more than maybe 10 or so newer transactions.
An occasional seller
Sellers who haven't yet established a strong, consistent track record or who don't have any recent selling history will typically receive their funds 24 hours after delivery confirmation (for tracked items), or 31 days after the buyer pays (for items sent without tracking).
If you previously qualified to receive your funds faster as a new seller, you may experience this hold if you haven’t sold in a while. If you do, you’ll receive your funds 2 days after delivery confirmation or 14 days after the buyer pays.

·2 weeks agoNew or infrequent sellers will have payments withheld for up to 30 days. You will need to be patient.

OP2 weeks agoNo thats not it, ebay called me back an I had to edit tracking using their website. It does not allow you to do so through through the app. Now that I've edited it, ill get my funds in the next couple days per ebay associate.
