eBay Feedback Revision Request unavailable
All of the avenues suggested by eBay's online help lead to nowhere. There seems to be no way to submit an eBay feedback revision request.
The new system to replace Safehbarbor is aweful. Ebay will not take customer service calls.

OP2 weeks agoIt was the content of a recent feedback, which is not so bad. They left a good feedback but the by accident said the wrong item was received. Then apologized to me and asked if there was a way that they could change the feedback.

·2 weeks ago@discofriend you are correct. Nobody will 'revise' a positive and there is no way for the 'leaver' to do so. Really doesn't matter. More do NOT read than do, and after a couple weeks, it'll be buried.

OP2 weeks agoThanks, I understand now that the fact that it was a positive review means that there is not an option for revision, but would be for a negative review as the stakes are much higher. Thank you for your input.

·3 weeks agoAre you trying to get eBay to remove the feedback, or ask the customer to revise it? The "Feedback Revision Request" goes to the buyer, while the page to ask eBay to remove it because it violates policy is different, so it matters.

OP2 weeks agoYes, I am trying to have a "Feedback Revision Request" sent to the buyer. There is no link for this on my feedback page. I have seen other posters state the same thing, that no link exists.

·2 weeks agoYou don't have any negative feedback. Was it for the positive feedback that you left a comment replying to? You can't send Feedback Revision Requests for positive feedback. There's a chance you could chat/call eBay and ask them to remove the comment, but they might remove it all. I would ignore it.
