EBAY Error Messages For 8 Months - No Ebay help!

I am new in this community, but I am not sure how to deal with a persistant error messages that keep appearing in my store. It doesn't matter what I am doing - buying, selling, updating listing, etc - it just pops up and I lose all I am doing and continues to block me for a long time. Eventually, I do get back on my page, but it has been going on since early this year. I have spoken with AI customer service and one time I actually spoke with a human being who promise to help. Here we are 6 months later and still will not stop. Is there anyone else who gets this and has gotten it to stop! I just want to know...why can't I not get anyone at eBay to help! And not be the AI helpers?? who insist they can fix it...until 30 minutes later they say they can't - which I told them at the beginning. Thanks for any help!

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? If so, that can cause problems checking out.
"Access Denied" errors are often a sign of a network issue. If possible, try checking out using a mobile device when not connected to your usual WiFi as a workaround.
Try using Akamai's client lookup tool to see if your IP address is being blacklisted:

If the problem occurs on multiple networks using the same device, then you may be doing something odd with your network settings or your device may have been compromised and may be being used as part of a botnet, which can cause you to wind up getting blocked.

OP1 month agoBoy you lost me here...too old to understand what you are saying here...it is the same on Mozilla, Chrome, and edge.
I have vpn turned off...did that at the beginning of the year when thought that was it...do not have starlink or hotspot...just single home using Comcast internet. JUST WANT THIS TO STOP...DID AGAIN TODAY AS I WAS TRYING TO SHIP ORDERS.
The first link lost me totally but it did say it has be fixed by the site owner...thus ebay...
whom I cant seem to get anyone at ebay to respond after 8 months of this continuing....

·1 month ago · EditedIf you are using a VPN and running into problems, simply turning off the VPN may not be enough to fix things at that point.
Try using another network connection without using a VPN. Try using the eBay app or a mobile browser on your phone when not connected to your usual WiFi connection.
