·1 year agoI am confused by your question. Are you saying you sold an item, the buyer opened a return request, you accepted the return and offered a full refund upon return of the item, the buyer returned the item, you received it and ?????
Have you refunded the buyer once you received the item back? Why would Royal mail be involved in a refund to the seller??
