ebay delivery confirmation
I am a seller and delivered ordered item to the buyer last week. The buyer confirmed that he received ordered item(sent me a message), and the carrier also confirmed delivery (I have the proofs). However on my ebay it is still information that the order is in transit (shipped), but not delivered yet. What could I do?

So when you check the tracking on usps it shows delivered, but when you check the tracking on ebay, it show's not delivered?

·5 months ago@salsa157 There is nothing to do. Unless the buyer opens an Item Not Received, which you've not given any indication they have done that or plan to do it, you move on. If the buyer should open up an INR, come back here for further advice. Until then, focus on the future, not last week.
Edit to add: You do not mention the carrier, but if you can let me know what carrier you are used and whether the tracking number shows it was delivered on their website, I may be able to help you file a lost package claim - even though the buyer actually got it. Tag me in the post if you respond. Thanks.

OP5 months agoThe carrier is DPD, and I got its confirmation. The tracking number could be also checked on the global tracking pages. I could also send you the screenshot of DPD carrier confirmation that ordered item was deliverd to the buyer. Besides, regarding payment, ebay says that my funds are on hold until 24th of May. Means, I will have to wait for my funds almost one month. What if ebay still shaws then that the ordered item still wasn't delivered?

·5 months agoDoes DPD tracking integrate with eBay? If not, I wouldn’t recommend using them in the future.
If after 30 days, the tracking still doesn’t show delivered, but no case has been opened by the buyer, the funds should be released to you. Many sellers ship without tracking and still get paid.
