Ebay deleted my listing for counterfeit... when i purchesed them off ebay

I purchesed pokemon cards in PSA slabs from Ebay. I listed these framed and Ebay have deleted my listing for counterfeit goods... but won't tell me which ones.

How can they say I'm selling counterfeit, not tell me which ones so I can't send them back. When they sold them through their platform. Absolute scammers.

I finally got through to the team that cancel listings.

Basically, they've said that it was taken off because they couldn't verify them as a whole. They've stated that since the listing the have changed the policy to only allow individual listings. So they can verify each one.

So basically. Mid listing they changed the policy.

However, they've said I can relist them. But individually

@calwhe75 take what the CS reps say with a grain of salt, not all of them are knowledgeable enough in certain situations.

If it's within 30 days of your receipt of the cards you purchased, open a return request for the "NAD" items.

BTW, the time to verify whether a potential purchase is authentic or not is BEFORE you buy the item, not after buying, receiving, listing to flip and having it removed!

1. Out of the 30 days.

2. I have verified them prior to buying. See above.

3. I'm not flipping them. I purchased them and another more expensive card has come up that I want.

4. You say start a return. Return on what? I've got 16 cards from 7 sellers. EBay won't give me any information. Shall I just open a return to all 7 sellers saying eBay saying counterfeit? Leave 7 sellers negative feedback? It's not fair to do that

I'm not bothered about listing them on ebay, if they don't want me to.

But, if ebay want to remove it, tell me what the issue is so I can go from there. By deleting the listing and not telling me the specific issue, leaves me stuck.

The fact that you bought them off eBay does not mean they are not counterfeit. eBay can't police everything sold on its site. All those eBay deleted, eBay thinks are counterfeit.

Like the 58 illistrator pokemon cards sold by one seller? Considering the last illistrator card sold to Logan paul for 5 million dollars... Ebay have missed 58 sold? From the same seller?

PSA slab cards are listed on their website with pictures. You can see imperfections and marks on the cards. The labels have security markings. These cards are PSA 7 out of 10. If you were to make copies, you would need to do more work to make the cards have imperfections, when a more expensive grade would require less effort because it has less imperfections. It doesnt make sense from the start.

The only thing I suspect is that out of the 16 cards, 1 card has a different label. Not because it's fake but because its an older label from PSA. Again, this is all still written and you can check the card via the PSA website.

File charge backs as counterfeit on items you bought.

Whats the difference in where its posted? Ebay is international. Do you not have a counterfeit policy? Do you not buy pokemon cards?

Things are handled differently on different country sites - if someone on the UK site sent you that counterfeit notice, I would contact them directly.

You realise policy isn't law right? It's an EBAY policy. Not UK law. Counterfeit policy is international.

I remember the first item I listed when I started selling 14 yrs ago was a designer handbag I bought from eBay. eBay took my listing down and suspended me for 3 days for listing a counterfeit handbag.

I couldn't get over the fact that is was OK for me to purchase a fake item from someone selling it on eBay, I didn't know it was fake bc eBay would not allow that to happen ðŸ™„ , but I was not allowed to sell that same bag. Live and learn.

Hope u find an appropriate solution to your situation.
