eBay Customer Service, help? Anyone?
A few weeks ago, my payouts were put on hold, and I’m really confused about why or how to resolve it. I’m still selling and shipping items, but I can’t receive my payments. The only message I’ve received is that my payouts are on hold due to an action on my account, and I should check the email in Messages in My eBay for the next steps. However, I’ve repeatedly checked and never, have I once, received any such message(s). I’ve tried searching for how to contact customer service, but I can’t reach anyone or find any assistance. I just keep hitting dead ends. Could someone please guide me on what to do next? I’m feeling quite desperate.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

On your recent sales click on the little dot shown in the SS. Yours will likely be gray. It will likely tell you that the funds will be released within 3 days of your sold item being delivered.

You likely have a two fold issue. You are a returning seller after more than 90 days away from selling plus you have a real issue about shipping out items that buyers paid for. You upset quite a few buyers which is noticeable in your feedback.
Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

·1 year agoI would stop selling and shipping. Looks like you will soon be restricted and will get any money due you months later. Any sale you make here is money you won't see for a while.

Generally speaking, you can't do anything to resolve it. eBay's risk assessment algorithm has flagged your account for holds, and as the link jonathanbrightlight sent you, the hold on any given transaction can take 30 days or more to be released.
The only message I’ve received is that my payouts are on hold due to an action on my account
You already have all the information that eBay is likely to give you. They do not give detailed explanations of why their risk assessment algorithm flagged you.
I’ve tried searching for how to contact customer service, but I can’t reach anyone or find any assistance.
No one at eBay customer support is likely to give you details about the risk assessment criteria, and they will not release the holds.
Could someone please guide me on what to do next?
Wait until the holds are released, and hope your account is not suspended in the meantime.
I’m feeling quite desperate.
From the looks of your feedback, you should be worried.

·1 year agoTWO of your negs comment that eBay had to refund - that you wouldn't.
And that's only what is evident.
When eBay has to force a refund, that is a bad thing. A bad, bad thing.
Two of them? Bad, bad, bad.
And, it's easy to prevent.

·1 year agoI'm going to take a wild guess here and say your 6 negs and 89.3% positive feedback has something to do with it.

·1 year agoI have to admit that one of the Negs for late shipment gave me a giggle: 'I'm a reseller and I'm making a bad impression on the client.' Sounds like someone's retail arbitrage backfired.
