eBay continued to take fees even though they had my account block from selling.

I do not know why eBay stop allowing sales when my account was turned off but kept taking fees? eBay has drove me into bankruptcy when they had my Item account turned off. They blocked all sales so I could not make payments on all Credit cards. I asked for help, taking it to the CEO and received no help.

Hmm. You have 2 active listings so clearly, ebay didn't "stop allowing sales."
