Ebay claims I have 3 items to ship yet first two were shipped last Monday with tracking. | Selling

There is a bell shaped symbol in the upper right corner of the active listing page. It keeps telling me to ship 3 items . I already gave tracking numbers to 2 customers last Monday. This leaves only one item yet to ship which was bought last night. Does eBay think I have not shipped any items yet?
