Ebay claims I have 3 items to ship yet first two were shipped last Monday with tracking.
There is a bell shaped symbol in the upper right corner of the active listing page. It keeps telling me to ship 3 items . I already gave tracking numbers to 2 customers last Monday. This leaves only one item yet to ship which was bought last night. Does eBay think I have not shipped any items yet?

·3 years agoI think my little bell has been off at least since Wednesday (19th) until right now.
I have nothing to ship because everything is packed up.
And it now tells me I have no notifications.

·3 years agoIt’s a glitch just like the one that would show a random size of an item some one once bought, in the selling page. But has nothing to do with the item that you may have just sold.

·3 years agoIt's a glitch that has, for me, been around for days.
Right now when I open My eBay in the app, a message in red says that I have two orders to ship. When I click on that message a screen comes up that says I have no orders to ship. I already shipped those two orders.
I just ignore the glitch. This is eBay. Eventually someone will get around to fixing it.

I still hope it goes away soon but apparently it's just a glitch and not a problem on our end.

·3 years agoAs others have said, it is a system glitch. I still show 25 orders that need shipped in the app that all were shipped with tracking. Not something I haven't seen before. It will clear up, it always does.

I go by Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment. I hover over the bell and tick those notifications to the cornfield.

·3 years agoI never use the bell thingy, its optional and does me no good
I use seller hub to tell me what to ship, it pretty much failsafe or goof proof.
I woud guess there are a few pages to see what needs to be done if you look around but seller hub is my go to source when I need to see whats ready to ship

·3 years agoYep, it's a glitch. I'm showing I have 30 items that need shipped that have already been shipped with tracking. It's happened before but usually they fix it faster than this.

Have you marked them as shipped?
Have they received acceptance scans from the post office?

I believe it's a system glitch. Read the other two responses.

·3 years agoSome type of glitch in the system I have the same issue but if you click on the drop box, aka the number you will get the following. EBay has made some updates in the last week there are a couple of things that are not working correctly on the seller hub.
