eBay chat

I have contacted eBay chat several times and the say the representative will call me in 2 minutes and they do not. They send me a text saying that I didn’t answer my phone, when it was in my hand the whole time. I know they have the right number because they used it to text me. Help!

Check your phone settings and disable the option to ignore or block unknown callers.
