Under the international shipping, you no longer have the ability to choose no. That is when using on iPhone app anyways. The description VERY clearly states you will ship to there hub â€œat no extra cost to youâ€. Sellers were charged this even when you did not allow international shipping which clearly goes against there policy. Furthermore this is illegal you can not charge someone an unknown fee with no option what so ever to see if this person who is buying your item is registered in the United States. Simply put once my item sells you are deliberately stealing money from the seller. Millions of items being sold everyday with these hidden unavoidable fees equates to millions of stolen dollars!
