Hello there, I need some help.I was charged 10.85 directly from my order payout for a shipping label. I recall canceling the order immediately as I am familiar with an alternative mode of shipping and I realized this was the wrong button to click. I received the order payout a day ago and the label charge is still deducted from the total sale value. If I cancelled the shipping label and never printed or saw any label of any sort, can I get that money back?Thank you.
