eBay cancel order for my security three days after I had shipped with carrier scan
eBay canceled and order three days after I had shipped it. They refunded the fees but had already made a pay out to my bank account. Do I need to do anything? Will eBay let me keep the money or will they take it back from me? This was a $91 order. I would call eBay, but I cannot locate a phone number.

OP7 months agoThe email they sent asked me to contact my shipper and try to stop the package and have it sent back to me. eBay had already deposited the funds into my bank account and I am worried that they will take them back out. I don't know how much time and effort it will take to try to stop and order and a package from arriving at its destination!

·7 months agoNo do not do that . You pay a fee to the carrier to do so.
THen ebay WILL take the funds back since it will not show as delivered.
Let it roll.

Nothing else to do or worry about.
I get usually one a month like this.
This is why I have 3-5 business days for shipping.
Sometimes I am told not to ship and I still keep the funds and it's not shipped out yet.
Refunding the buyer would be silly since they are probably not on file with eBay anymore.
Refunding a payment might end up going for the eBay summer picnic...😆

OP7 months agoeBay is the one that canceled the order for my security. They have already deposited the money in my bank, but I am a bit afraid that they might take it out again. I hope you're right and that they do not remove it. What they asked me to do was to contact my shipper and try to intercept the order and have it sent back to me. I don't think that's an easy thing to do.
