Ebay callbacks are going straight to vm, does anyone know how to fix this so i can get the callbacks
I requested a callback from ebay and the calls don't ring, just go straight vm. Does anyone know how to fix this so I can receive these calls

·9 months agoHow have people resolved/fix this issue with ebay call backs. I have done all the setting changes to allow unknown numbers etc and not block any callers. However when I request ebay call back it goes straight to VM and I miss the call.
I need help to fix this. I tried Apple to make sure their is nothing on my phone to stop eBay ringing me and me having the phone ring.

How have people resolved/fix this issue with ebay call backs.
Short of changing your phone number or disabling ad blockers, there is not much an end user can do if your phone provider is sending eBay's call directly to voicemail.
You can contact eBay via other means, though. Such as via social media direct message.

·9 months agoOn each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

·10 months agoThat's usually your phone filtering calls from unknown callers. If you have an iPhone, go to Settings -> Apps -> Phone, and change the settings starting at "Screen Unknown Callers", including the next sections for "Call Filtering" and then "Call Blocking & Identification".
