Ebay Buyer tries to Scam me 2 times for the same Item
So in September i sold a Piston Rebuild Kit to a Buyer. He gets the piston and starts a Return. I get a rambling message.
I rebuild my engine. Piston Slap Rod Knock give money back. No good engine.
I said okay whatever and started the Return. I got the parts back and issued a Refund. Sometimes I destroy the Returned parts in case of Real and Possible Quality Control Issues. In this particular case I destroyed the parts he sent me back. The parts were still in New and unused Condition but were touched by his hands. I issued a Full Refund. No problem.
Today I get another message 6 months later. The customer states. I bought a piston from you in September and I installed it. She run good until this week but recently start Rod Knock so your parts no good. Give Money Back or send more Piston. 😂 Are you effing kidding me ?
I circle back to his feedback left from other Sellers and i see Refund Sent as the last feedback.
He's made his own cottage Industry of Sob Stories to get the money back from Auto Parts Sellers.
I quickly Informed him that he needs to stop doing this Thievery as he is Impacting peoples lives with his Scam and should be ashamed. He didn't even bother to check his refund history. He hasn't responded to my calling him out. Amazing.
