This neutral seems to be echoed by many dissatisfied customers.
I paid the extra $40.00 to have eBay Authenticator Services performed. This item did not pass inspection. It was not the pair of earrings that were pictured. This is my 2nd attempt to purchase from the seller, and both times the items could not be authenticated. If you are considering purchasing from this company, pay the extra $40.00 to ensure you are getting what is described and most importantly pictured.
Since FB cannot be left if an unhappy transaction is resolved through the MBG, I suspect you have a lot more dissatisfied customers than you are willing to admit to yourself.
Not sure what you were expecting with this post - we are all buyers and sellers that populate these forums.
That said, all we have to go by is your feedback from buyers... which honestly, is atrocious at best.
Based on what I and everyone else has read, I can't believe you've lasted this long. As others have noted, even your positives have some bad connotations, with a buyer stating you had to 'adjust the carat weight' in a listing, by reducing it. I have to agree completely with @christworks. While he makes his point as delicately as ever🤣, there's nothing but truth in his words. I'm virtually going to guarantee that your days on this site are over.
Has anyone checked this sellers sold items? The stuff they were selling, and receiving less than glowing reviews, even from their positive feedback buyers, were selling for hundreds of dollars.
"Diamonds" and "14K gold", supposedly.
I don't know how this seller slipped through the system for so long.
I guess the OP has gone AWOL, because they have not returned to contest any of the comments in the almost 40 replies so far.
Hi daveluxurywears, So sorry that this has happened. But, realistically you must know that this suspension is "self-inflicted." Once you started to accumulate those Bad Buyer Experiences & your Service-Metrics started to head south - It is quite possible that you could have made some changes in time to save your business. But you chose to "keep doing what you were doing." Sadly, we here in New Jersey think that you "shot yourself in the foot" on this one. Again, So Sorry & Best Of Luck Wherever You Land. (there are plenty of other selling venues out there)
You can't really state they did this for no reason, Just look at your feedback it's terrible your customers are not Happy with you, I seriously doubt that you will be allowed to sell again.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.104View listings
Rather than looking at all the unhappy feedbacks left by buyers, I looked at the OP's ended listings and my assessment is that @daveluxurywears is banned because their "natural diamonds" and "14K gold" are anything but genuine.
There's no way one can sell brand new genuine natural diamond stud earrings (>1.5 ct) in 14K for $300.
And in fact, the pictures in that listing are identical to pictures in a completed listing from a seller located in India but claiming to be shipping from the US.
Most listings have pictures that are found in other sellers' listings and from around the world.
Ebay made the right move; it's just too bad it's so late.
ETA: Because @daveluxurywears items weren't expensive enough to qualify for the "authenticity guaranteed" program, some buyers (smartly) opted to pay $40 for authentications and items didn't pass!
can you please help? we are here working over 7 years and shut us down for no reason
Gosh, I couldn't agree more with the general consensus of the community here.
According to your feedback you have been creating bad buyer experiences for some time now, not only do you have quite a few negative and neutral feedback but they are all pointing out the same issues. And yes even some positive feedbacks point it out, which makes me wonder why those buyers even left a positive but that's another long story. So, and this isn't so much for you because in your case I'd say your account is cooked. But to any new sellers: In order to stay on ebay you need to pay attention to what your customers are telling you, it is not a good idea to ignore them and block them and shove problems under the rug while simply continuing to sell as if nothing is happening. As things stand about the only thing you can do is appeal the suspension and beg and cry and plead for mercy, which stands a itsy bitsy teenie weenie snowball's chance in heck chance of success.
OP - please come back and apologize for wasting our time trying to help you. It seems you have either lost interest in your own problem, went somewhere else to whine, or finally got kicked off eBay and cannot post anymore.
and this is not a new occurrence with this seller. I decided to look at their feedback going all the way back to the beginning. I've never seen anything like this before, it boggles my mind how they lasted one month on ebay let alone 7 years.
So I set the feedback page to show 200 feedbacks per page, and kept going back to the very beginning which was page 39 for this seller.
Starting with their very first feedback which was a neutral, their first 75 feedbacks were 47 neutrals and 28 negatives. It wasn't until their 76th feedback did they get a positive.
How did ebay let them slide all these years? I've never seen anything like this before.
@daveluxurywears when an account Service Metrics goes to High and additional eBay final value fees are acessed, and a seller keeps racking up INAD'S, eBay can/will take action.
Same with seller defects for refunds eBay has to do in behalf of the seller and order cancellations for Out of Stock. When those type of defects are obtained and a seller account goes below standard, a few more of those defects and Bam, the account is restricted for life.
can you please help? we are here working over 7 years and shut us down for no reason
Sure. I'll help.
You were working, all right—you were working on screwing your buyers over. You did it repeatedly. To help cover up your pattern of abuse, you made your listings private so other buyers could not see the items at issue.
Get out of here with all that “no reason” nonsense. You know exactly what you did.
Sorry, unlike others here, I am not going to be kind to a fraudster. You are exactly the type of person who runs good buyers off eBay, and that hurts my business—as it does everyone else who does the right thing.
Be thankful that being banned from eBay is the worst thing that happened to you. In my view, people who scam buyers over and over again should be in prison for fraud.
And just so everybody else is clear, even their postive feedbacks indicate a ongoing pattern of problems, including multiple times where buyers left postive feedback stating their items has been stolen by USPS. This appears to have been a frequent excuse by this seller, which makes me question how many false claims they filed with USPS.
Go to your seller hub the check your seller level. Check "Cases closed without sellers resolution." What's your percentage? What's your percentage for transaction defect? If its below standard and in the red then you will get restricted. Your restriction might be permanent which then you will need to find another platform to sell on. We here don't have the authority to do anything as far as making your account active again.
Looks like you tripped the rate of rise detection. A sudden increase in bad feedback. Not just the number of them but they also are looking at sudden changes. A number of negs in a short time is much worse than the same bad feedback spread out over time.
In the last year, out of about 1000 feedbacks left for you. 100 have been either neutral or negative. That just speaks to the feedback, we have no idea how many BBE cases were opened against you.
Even a few of your positive feedbacks mentioned some sort of issue, and I didn't even go through all of those.
So I would say their is a reason just based on the feedback score.
Nothing anyone here can do about it anyway, none of us work for ebay, sorry.
When you post here, you are addressing a very, very large group of fellow eBay buyers and sellers who volunteer their time here to help others if/when we can. All we can offer is advice, suggestions and sympathy. We are unable to do anything to restore your account. However, eBay usually tells you the reason for banning your account.
While feedback is not used to assess seller accounts, it often tells us the story of what is likely happening. 45 negatives in the last year, almost all about items that were not as described, means you probably had a number of cases opened against you. eBay saw that pattern and took action, would be our guess.
If there was a specific reason given to you that was different from that, feel free to come back and give the details, but I think it's unlikely you'll be able to come back and sell here again.

Wow, you had a pretty good run for 7 years with over 15,000 positive feedbacks. If you post the correspondence you received from eBay maybe someone can give helpful information.
