ebay automatically charge a postage fee before I had a chance to calculate

I recently was charged automatically $10.06 by ebay automatically for postage. I had only charged the buyer $9.75. Then I was able to use the prix fix envelope for which I paid $7.60. So now I have an extra charge of $10.06 on my account, How do I remove the automatic postage charge feature and how to get ebay to reverse the charge? See below:

·1 month agoI sold some slippers 5 days ago. Ebay gave me no choice to weigh package or note size. It had a premade label.
Haven't had an order since then...hoping this is not the new norm. P T

·2 years agoTheir is no such thing as "automatic postage charge". You most likely purchased another label or mixed something up on your end. I've done it before & I'm sure other sellers have as well.
No big deal, easiest way to fix this is to just void the label.
To do this go to your seller hub, go to orders, click on shipping labels then find the label you want to void and click void. Your account should be credited with said amount within a few business days. Simple fix that takes no time at all.
I’ve been selling on eBay a long time and never heard of any automatic postage charge.
You must have clicked on purchase shipping label by mistake. You can void the label to be refunded.
