Ebay auto-declined cancellation request because label was printed. How to turn off?
I sold an item and promptly purchased a shipping label. The buyer requested to cancel and ebay automatically declined because the label was already purchased. Is there a way to turn this off?

·2 years agoI do not know if @monica-sells solution will work or not.
My experience is you cannot cancel if you have marked the order as shipped.
You can try marking the order as unshipped and then cancelling - it might work.
If not you will have to refund the order and you may get a strike for cancellation anyway.

·2 years agoOne way would be to print the label when you are actually ready to ship. Once the label has been printed the item is considered shipped so eBay told the buyer "sorry too late".

·2 years agoIf I understand your question, you need to VOID the label you printed (through Shipping Labels on the left Column)
If memory serves me right, you need to go to your
"Paid & Shipped" Window/List
Use the drop down options next to the listing
and choose "cancel order"
