Ebay allowing sales under my BIN price
 
Wondering how this can be possible.
i have 2 memory cards up for sale .
Each is $25.55 plus shipping. I do not accept offers. I don't send coupons ever. Never send offers. How is it that i got payed $23.00 ?? Not much of a difference, But thats not the point. The point is im asking $25.55 not $23.00 .. my listings are buy it now never do auctions.

·2 years agoA little concerning. Do we need to check every sale to make sure the payment was correct? This is one part of ebay that should be glitch free

Listing doesn't have make offer button which points to a seller initiated offer.
Offers and promoted listings are prominently pushed on the app and it's easy to tap on something without meaning to or fully realizing.
If you're sure you didn't send an offer then contact customer service to report it.

·2 years agoThat is really a very puzzling issue. Have you contacted Ebay to find out what happened and why? What did they say?
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
