E bay charged twice for same item I sold
I sold Golf Club through e bay
1st auction buyer didn’t pay it
then I Relist Sam day when buyer canceled it
I sold $700 Buyit now E bay Paid $541
which they charged same item Twice
1st transaction Guy Purchase $670 But
He doesn’t pay it and I canceled 1st guy
and Relist same day 2nd buyer paid $700
e bay charge Double same item,
i Did ot E BAY BUSINESS FROM 25 Years
I NEVER SALE OR BUY THROUGH E BAY
I HAVE 2050 GOOD FEEDBACK 100%
POSITIVE, ALMOST 30 % FEE?
EVERYBODY ATTENTION E BAY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM,
MANY TIME I TRIED RESOLVE THIS PROBLEMS
BUT E BAY NEVER REFUND OVER CHARGED

·3 years agoI think there is some missing info cause this just does not sound right. I have had many issues with ebay and I strongly agree management at ebay and the confusing ideas they force sellers to deal with are pointless, but I dont recall ebay ever mucking up my money. Simply call ebay and ask them to walk you through what happened and why it happened. I do it every single time i have an issue and they explain in detail. Good Luck

·3 years agoEbay charged twice for item you sold twice. Auction winners have 4 days to pay, then you can safely cancel for non payment and relist. This is not the ebay of yesteryear. Many things we used to do quickly are now in slow motion.

If a buyer has not paid in 3 days, seller can cancel on day #4, citing "buyer didn't pay" as the reason.
Doesn't exactly seem like "slow motion" to me, but, then again, I no longer sell on eBay.

·3 years agoI say slow motion because long ago we could cancel cancel and give a strike for non payment and resell same day. If I understand correctly, It appears this seller did not follow protocol and resold too fast.

·3 years agoI don't remember being able to cancel for nonpayment the same day the auction ended.
I always remembered having to wait 5 days (until the recent change to four days)

·3 years agoA buyer can't cancel a transaction, they can only REQUEST that a seller cancel.
So, if you cancelled, what reason did you use?

i did it e bay business more then 25 year,
but e bay management system is crazy.

·3 years agoThere is nothing wrong or crazy with the system.
Buyer did not pay. Seller could have cancelled, citing "buyer did not pay" as the reason.
Frankly, you have been here 25 years and have 2055 feedback and you did not know how to handle a nonpaying bidder? Was this your first ever NPB?

·3 years agoYou have to file an 'official' cancellation for reason of non payment or the 'charges' that you were given will NOT go away.
