Double charged on a shipping label - appears that I have two tracking numbers and lost money!
I sold an item with expensive shipping (more than my item price). As the buyer paid for it, I went to print a label with the "sold" notice and it did not work. The next day I got the "print a label" message and it worked - packed up the item and shipped it. Today I checked my item and found that I lost over $7.00 because shipping was charged twice. I'm not sure where I go to get this fixed. Is there an email address of someone who can help with this?

·2 years agoTo void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

·2 years agoWhen a shipping label is purchased, there is a five day window in which to void the label.
Under the Orders tab in Seller Hub, you can find Labels at the bottom. Shipping labels can be voided there within 5 days.
