Double charged for shipping...

I'm reconciling my transactions, and in the sales order saw this:

It's one postcard. I only printed one shipping label. Due to it being ESE, I cannot get a refund.

This has happened a few times before with tracked postage, but I was able to void the one that wasn't used. It has even happened once that three labels were generated, but of course only one was printed.

If those two tracking numbers are different, the one that doesn't ever get scanned will be refunded to you by the post office in about 30 days.

its been 3 months since i had the same happen and an incorrect weight i haven't even got a response from ebay about it, its been literally 3 months they must not refund anymore.
