Does Listing End Time Affect the Ability to Send Offers to Watchers?
Most of my items are "relist until sold", and they pretty much all relist on the 1st of the month. When I tried to send offers today (04/30) on the "offer-eligible" listings, they all said I could not send an offer, Is this because the offer software doesn't realize that the listing is not ending in less than a day, but actually being relisted?
If so, I suppose that means that I can only send offers more than four days from the end of the month (because they also recently extended the offer time to four days).

·4 months agoYou also cannot send offers to watchers you have previously sent offers to.

·4 months agoIt most likely means that the buyers that are watching it have selected to not receive offers.

OP4 months agoPossibly--when I just looked again, several of the ones that had been "offer-eligible" no longer were. I guess the listing end time was just a coincidence.
