As long as you list it as intended for use with tobacco it's fine, any direct or indirect suggestion that it would be suitable for "other substances" would NOT be ok.
It is always easiest to simply search Ebay for the item in question. If there are no results, as when you search for "electronic Hookah" then you can assume that the answer is negative.

·3 years agocheck out ebay policies. The first thing that come up is prohibited items for you to research.
You should NEVER go by if the other sellers violate ebay policy and list prohibited items .

·3 years agoI saw Electronic Hookah at the Fillmore East in 1969. They opened for Leslie West and Mountain. Their drummer was terrible.
