I'm first trying to understand your title of this thread as it appears to be a different subject from your typed description of why you started the thread.
Answer to your question in the title is YES. This is the Seller Forum and there are other forums in the community to include a buyer's forum. But buyers can go anywhere sellers can in the Community.
Internet sales are always going up and down, down and back up. I've been here a long time and rarely have I seen a steady stream of sales for long periods of time.
In my experience they just push your search visibility, but doesn't guarantee sales or people clicking to view. You will usually find your item at the top of the first search page. And I don't promote above 3% if I do use the service. I think it's a waste of money really. And I always wondered if the Sponsered tag turns off some buyers because they think you are a big business and they would rather support a small seller. But do what works for your piece of mind.
You need to pay extra money if you want your items "promoted". To promote your listings, go to LISTING, ACTIVE (click on PROMOTE) and you decide what amount of money you want to pay.
Having an EBAY store only means that customers can view all your items inside your store (which hopefully will result in more sales).

OP2 years agoThanks😀I was just thinking that eBay currently brings us very little traffic. Is it possible that the forum will also bring us traffic?

·2 years agoNo, you will not get any traffic from here from buyers most likely, and this is not the place to advertise your products.

You're registered in China but your items are located in California?
Also, many of your buyers are saying that they aren't getting the same items, the right colors or the right quantities that they ordered.

·2 years agoMany buyers are not interested in waiting for delivery from China and would rather buy from a close by seller, even if the price is higher.
Many buyers are not interested in off-brand products.
China has a bad reputation for counterfeit products.
And of course, retail comes and goes .
Sometimes sales are strong and the next day nothing.
