Does Accepting A Payment Dispute Have Any Negative Effect On Account?

I received an order yesterday (Sunday) totaling $32. A few hours later, I received a payment dispute notification. The buyer disputed the sale with their financial institution, the reasoning is that they didn't recognize the transaction. I haven't shipped the item yet since the order came in on a Sunday. I have five days to respond and can either accept the dispute or challenge it and submit proof supporting the challenge, which I'm not sure what that proof would even be in this case.
So, other than a refund from my funds, will anything else negative happen to my account if I accepted the dispute? Obviously I don't want my account to get dinged for this as I did nothing wrong here, but I can't seem to find this information in any of the help sections.

(a) avoid a ding for "case closed without seller resolution"; and
(b) avoid the $20 dispute fee.
