Does a buyer have to return an item if I don't want them to
I refunded a buyer immediately and told them they didn't have to return it
If they return it I'll get charged for the label
They asked me if it "OK" not to return it. I'm guessing they think they'll get in trouble with ebay.
So do they have to return if I refunded them already and don't want them to?

Tell them eBay doesn't own the item, you do and it's your decision.

·1 year agoNo, if you refunded, the case is closed and they can do whatever they want with the item.

·1 year agonope. they do not need to return it if you refunded already and told them not to send it back.
