Do you sell international? Are you being charged double for labels?
I am supposed to be on Vacation mode. I received an email for an item that was sold early in July
and heading to Australia. I used the preferred label & today was made aware that I am being charged again for the label since it made it to its destination. Is this the norm now? I have talked to 6 reps at eBay and was given a number for parcel post by one to check about this. Just looking for advise, because we made $0 on the sale and cannot afford to keep this up.
After all these years, this is a first for us.
I am sharing for advise and not to be made fun of or ridiculed, Please .

As noted above, it cost more to ship this to Australia than what you charged your buyer.

OP2 years agoThis is what I was told by eBay shipping that I owed and they charged the buyer. So, I was unaware that it would be different. The whole thing has been a huge learning process.
I hope others learn from it.

·2 years agoNumber one, Australia is very expensive to ship to. It looks like your buyer only paid $21.47, but it cost you $32.00 to ship it. eBay charges you weeks later sometimes for an international label, not when you print it.
