I have a dispute going on now for 2 weeks how do I resolve. EBay stepped in but nothing been done yet.

·3 days ago@denbow_9660 What kind of Dispute? INAD, INR or something else? Why did Ebay step in? Did you ask them to or did the buyer? What did Ebay do when they stepped in? They do something, or they didn't actually step in.

·4 days agoNot clear what the issue is, but my general advice if you are the seller in the dispute is to accept and move on. You are spending more time and energy (and potentially money) than you are fighting to save.

·3 days ago · EditedI agree, unfortunately but that is what they want. If not outright corruption, eBay is a fraud. I request calls and wait a long time, just to get call and they hang up on me. It's happened repeatedly. The other thing I get is no ring, but a note saying 'we tried to call'...and there was never a ring or missed call. Yet another game. They used to have biz folks, now they have Ringling Bros. I don't do business with fools, maybe they'll figure it out someday, but now I just see it as a lottery, but with more work. I'd rather just waste my money on Lotto than money and time in this game.

·4 days agoIf by "dispute" you mean a credit card chargeback, that often takes up to a month to get the decision.

·3 days agoI had one recently that took nearly 4 months. It was opened in Apr 29, 2026 and closed on Aug 22, 2026. "Reason: The buyer did not recognize the transaction." It did close in our favor, and not even eBay just covering it, it says "The buyer's payment institution sided with you and there's nothing else you need to do."

·3 days agoProbably, but we do weekly payouts and I don't manage them myself, so it doesn't really matters.
