I have been Top Rated for over a year. Now they want to move me down to Above Standard. They say I have 5 items that weren't shipped. # of those were refunded and no sale occurred. How do I dispute this...

·4 months agoThe sales occurred, That is why you refunded them, Otherwise why would you complete a refund, There is something you are not explaining, Were you out of stock?, If you were that affects your account.

·4 months agoIf you couldn't ship & had to refund a sale DID happen.
Just be glad they only moved you to Above Standard and not to Below Standard.
I go in and out of TRS on a regular basis. Usually due to not selling enough either by amount of $ sold or # of transactions. It's never had any apparent effect on my account or sales.

·4 months agoI suspect this buyer's feedback (which might be the revised one because it's positive) might be one of the OP's problems. (I wonder if there were other disappointed buyers who didn't leave feedback.)

Ebay does NOT send out offers unless you allowed them to do so. You should have honored this buyer's purchase!

@theoldcoinguyz
Please come back to tell us why you issued refunds.

·4 months agoYou have no basis for Ebay making any change.
Refunds do not make up for failures to follow procedures.

·4 months agoHow is that "no sale occurred" if the seller had to refund the buyer?
Wasn't that more like a sale occurred, but the seller was unable to complete the transaction for some reason and had to refund the buyer?

·4 months agoSorry you were in the hospital and I hope you are making a speedy recovery or are fully recovered.
Unfortunately being in the hospital is not an excuse for not being able to fulfill your orders.
The fact that you refunded doesn't make the defect go away.
