discounted or combined shipping

Hello, I have had multiple buyers tell me when placing multiple items in the cart to purchase at one time, there is no option to request an invoice for the discounted shipping. Does anyone know how I can set up my Store to offer discounted or combined shipping automatically? Thank you

Also be aware that the request total function doesn't exist if they're using the app.

Go to manage shipping settings page...

select edit beside...

allow combined payments and shipping.

Choose the time period...I choose 3 days...but there are other options.
